This switching offer includes assistance offsetting the cost of exiting your current MSP agreement, provided as service credits. The offer requires a new managed services agreement and review of your existing MSP contract. Certain services and projects are excluded.

You get onboarding for zero dollars when you sign a new agreement with us. The offer applies only to our standard onboarding scope. It excludes remediation, special projects, legacy system cleanup, compliance work, and anything outside the standard onboarding checklist.
We will buy out your existing MSPs contract up to a maximum of six months of their remaining fees. Any buyout amount is paid as a service credit on your account spread out over 24 months. We do not send cash or checks to the partner or your old provider.
You must sign a new thirty six month managed services agreement with us to qualify. The new agreement must include the services we recommend. Any reduction of scope may void this offer.
You must provide a full copy of your current MSP contract. We will review the contract to confirm the remaining term, termination requirements, and monthly fee. If the contract does not clearly state the remaining amount owed, you will need to provide supporting documentation.
We reserve the right to decline the buyout if your current contract has legal disputes, pending collections, or unclear terms.
The buyout credit is applied only after onboarding is complete and services have started. You must be current on all invoices to receive credits.
You agree to notify your existing MSP of termination in writing. You also agree to follow the termination process in your contract. You are responsible for any legal issues or disputes that come from your termination.
You agree to provide administrative access to your systems, vendors, and tools at the start of onboarding. Delays in access may delay onboarding.
The $0 onboarding applies only to the initial migration. Any environment with major security issues, outdated hardware, unsupported operating systems, excessive clutter, or nonstandard configurations may require remediation. These items are out of scope and billed at our hourly project rate.
Hardware replacements, licensing, backup upgrades, network redesign, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity improvements are not included. These follow our standard project process and pricing.
Your environment must meet our minimum security standards. If it does not, we will define a required remediation plan. The plan must be completed before or during onboarding. Remediation is billed separately.
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts unless approved in writing.
This offer is valid only for net new partners. Former partners returning within twenty four months do not qualify.

All terms are subject to our Master Services Agreement and any relevant service schedules.
All decisions about eligibility, scope, buyout value, and onboarding requirements are final.
