ITPartners+ Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By submitting a referral to ITPartners+, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The ITPartners+ Referral Program is open to individuals and businesses who are legally permitted to receive referral compensation. Referrers must be at least 18 years old.

Referral fees will not be paid where prohibited by law, regulation, employer policy, or contractual obligation.

2. Qualified Referral

A qualified referral must meet all of the following criteria:
ITPartners+ reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies.

3. Referral Fee and Payment

Referral fees are paid only after:

Referral fees are one‑time payments per referred company unless otherwise stated in writing by ITPartners+.

Payment timing and method will be determined by ITPartners+. Referrers may be required to submit a completed W‑9 prior to payment.

4. Taxes

Referral fees are taxable income. Referrers are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, reporting, and compliance obligations. ITPartners+ may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.

5. No Agency or Employment Relationship

Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. Referrers are not authorized to represent, negotiate on behalf of, or bind ITPartners+ in any way.

6. Regulated Industries and Compliance

Referrers represent that accepting a referral fee does not violate any laws, regulations, or internal policies, including those related to healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government entities.

ITPartners+ will not pay referral fees for referrals that would violate applicable laws or compliance requirements.

7. Duplicate and Disputed Referrals

If multiple referrals are submitted for the same company, only the first qualifying referral received by ITPartners+ will be eligible. Decisions regarding duplicate or disputed referrals are final.

Self‑referrals or referrals intended to circumvent these terms are not eligible unless expressly approved in writing.

8. Privacy and Consent

By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained permission to share the referred party’s contact information. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the ITPartners+ Privacy Policy.

9. Right to Modify or Terminate

ITPartners+ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these terms at any time, with or without notice. Referrals submitted prior to termination will be honored at ITPartners+ discretion if they otherwise qualify.
